Nature offers joy for children
There are no assault courses or bouncy castles at Nestorinranta, but there is a forest with a nature trail designed for children. There is a beach where visitors can swim and a yard with animals. The yard also has some play equipment, and there are pictures of ringed seals hidden here and there – the barn café can provide some clues on how to find them.
On Sundays in July, visitors can fish on the shore and eat pancakes. In the winter, visitors can go on a snowshoe excursion into the forest to see the tracks left by animals.
